Wondering what this club is about? Well, look no further. This club is dedicated to those Deviants who enjoy and respect the art of creating original characters, and despise the dreaded characters known as Mary-Sues, and enjoy making a mockery of them.

So what do I mean?

A club to celebrate originality.

Of course, if you don't have an original character, that's fine. We're here to help those who don't have characters create their own, original characters and to steer them away from the mistakes of Suethors.

Want to Join?

Cool. There are just a few rules you have to follow, but they're not too hard.

1.] Send a NOTE to the club, notifying us that you'd like to join. Comments will probably be ignored.
2.] Follow the application process in the note, shown below. Don't fill in information that you can't fill in, such as if you don't have an original character.
3.] Once you've been accepted, please put the club icon into your journal or signature. It'd be cool to watch us, too, but that's not necessary.
4.] Once you've been accepted, please participate! We want to keep this club going, remember!
5.] We list members under both their username and their character's name. In the application, please choose only one of your original characters, if you have more than one, so we can know which character you want to be listed under. If you ever want to switch your character, please notify us.

Rules

1.] Don't join if you have no idea what a Mary-Sue or an original character is and have no intent on learning.
2.] Please put our club icon in your journal or signature, if you're accepted as a member.
3.] No flaming, cybering, elementary not-appropriate-for-dA stuff.
4.] Please only submit things that are relevant to the club, or at least provide an explanation of how it's relevant, if it's not immediately obvious.

Submissions

If you're submitting work for a contest, please notify us of that. If you don't, we'll just submit it as a regular submission. If it's not for a contest, just see below.

1.] Send a note with your submission, stating somewhere in the note that it's a submission.
2.] Please keep to only three submissions per note. If you have more than that, obviously, send more than one note.
3.] Make sure that the submission has something to do with the club (if it does, but it's not obvious, please explain) and also make sure it's appropriate.
4.] Make sure to send links to your work and we'll submit it as soon as possible.
